Chapter No: 21

بابُ بَيْعِ الْبَعِيرِ وَاسْتِثْنَاءِ رُكُوبِهِ

About selling a camel with a condition of riding on it (back to home)

اونٹ کو فروخت کرنا، اور سواری کا استثناء کرلینا

Chapter No: 22

باب مَنِ اسْتَسْلَفَ شَيْئًا فَقَضَى خَيْرًا مِنْهُ وَ«خَيْرُكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ قَضَاءً»

Regarding the one who took something as a loan that he should return it in a better way and the saying of the Prophet ﷺ: “best of you are those who are best in paying debts”

ادھار لینے والے کا اچھی چیز کے ذریعے قرض کی ادائیگی کرنے کا بیان ، اور ارشاد نبوی ہے: "تم میں سے بہترین آدمی وہ ہے جو ادائیگی کرنے میں سب سے اچھا ہو"۔

باب جَوَازِ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ مِنْ جِنْسِهِ مُتَفَاضِلاً

The permissibility of selling animal for animal of the same kind on a differentiated price

حیوان کو حیوان کے عوض کمی اور بیشی کے ساتھ بیچنے کا جواز
