بابُ دِيَةِ الْجَنِينِ وَوُجُوبِ الدِّيَةِ فِي قَتْلِ الْخَطَإِ وَشِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْجَانِي

About Diyah (wergild) for a child in the womb, and the fact that the Diyah for accidental killing and the ambiguous killing must be paid by the Aqilah (relatives) of the killer
