Chapter No: 21

باب إِخْرَاجِ الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ

Concerning the expulsion of Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula

جزیرۂ عرب سے یہود اور نصاریٰ کو نکالنے کا بیان

Chapter No: 22

بابُ جَوَازِ قِتَالِ مَنْ نَقَضَ الْعَهْدَ وَجَوَازِ إِنْزَالِ أَهْلِ الْحِصْنِ عَلَى حُكْمِ حَاكِمٍ عَدْلٍ أَهْلٍ لِلْحُكْمِ

The permissibility of fighting those who break a treaty, and the permissibility of letting the besieged people of a fort to surrender on the judgment of a just person when he is qualified to pass the judgment

عہد شکنی کرنے والوں کو قتل کرنے کا جواز اور اہل قلعہ کو کسی عادل آدمی کے فیصلہ پر قلعہ سے نکالنے کا جواز

باب المبادرة بالغزو ، وتقديم أهم الأمرين المتعارضين

Showing promptitude in fighting, and giving priority to the more urgent of two conflicting tasks (and a choice must be made)

باب رَدِّ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ إِلَى الأَنْصَارِ مَنَائِحَهُمْ مِنَ الشَّجَرِ وَالثَّمَرِ حِينَ اسْتَغْنَوْا عَنْهَا بِالْفُتُوحِ

The Muhajireenn returned to the Ansar, their gifts of trees and fruits, when they became independent through the conquests

مہاجریں کا فتوحات سے غنی ہو جانے کے بعد انصار کے عطیات درخت پھل وغیرہ انہیں لوٹانے کا بیان

Chapter No: 25

بابُ جَوَازِ الْأَكْلِ مِن طَعَامِ الْغَنِيْمَةِ فِي دَارِ الْحَرْبِ

The permissibility of eating from the food taken as booty in the land of enemy (Dar Al-harb)

دار الحرب میں مال غنیمت کے طعام سے کھانے کا جواز

باب كِتَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى هِرَقْلَ يَدْعُوهُ إِلَى الإِسْلاَمِ

Regarding the letter of Prophet ﷺ to Heraclius inviting him to Islam
