Chapter No: 31

بابُ خُلِقَ الإِنْسَانُ خَلْقًا لاَ يَتَمَالَكُ

The man is created in such a way that he loses control

بے قابو ہونا انسان کی فطرت میں ہے۔

Chapter No: 32

بابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ ضَرْبِ الْوَجْهِ

The forbiddance of striking the face

چہرے پر مارنے کی ممانعت

Chapter No: 33

بابُ الْوَعِيدِ الشَّدِيدِ لِمَنْ عَذَّبَ النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ

The stern warning against the one who punish people unduly

انسانوں کو ناحق عذاب دینے پر سخت وعید کا بیان

Chapter No: 34

بابُ أَمْرِ مَنْ مَرَّ بِسِلاَحٍ فِي مَسْجِدٍ أَوْ سُوقٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِمَا مِنَ الْمَوَاضِعِ الْجَامِعَةِ لِلنَّاسِ أَنْ يُمْسِكَ بِنِصَالِهَا

The one who is carrying the weapon in Masjid, market or the other similar places of people’s gathering, should be told to hold it by the spearhead

جو آدمی مسجد ، بازار اور مجمعوں میں نیزے لے کر چلے تو اس کے پیکان پکڑنے کا حکم

Chapter No: 35

بابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الإِشَارَةِ بِالسِّلاَحِ إِلَى مُسْلِمٍ

The forbiddance of pointing weapon towards a Muslim

مسلمان کی طرف ہتھیار سے اشارہ کرنے کی ممانعت

Chapter No: 36

بابُ فَضْلِ إِزَالَةِ الأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ

The merit of removing any harmful thing from the way

راستہ سے تکلیف دہ چیز ہٹادینے کی فضیلت

بابُ تَحْرِيمِ تَعْذِيبِ الْهِرَّةِ وَنَحْوِهَا مِنَ الْحَيَوَانِ الَّذِي لاَ يُؤْذِي

The forbiddance of punishing cat and other similar animals which do not harm

بلی اور دیگر ایذاء نہ دینے والے جانوروں کو عذاب دینے کی حرمت

The forbiddance of arrogance

تکبر کی حرمت

Chapter No: 39

بابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ تَقْنِيطِ الإِنْسَانِ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى

The forbiddance of man’s hopelessness from Allah’s mercy

اللہ تعالیٰ کی رحمت سے نا امید کرنے کی ممانعت

بابُ فَضْلِ الضُّعَفَاءِ وَالْخَامِلِينَ

The merits of week and downtrodden

ضعیفوں اور خاک نشینوں کی فضیلت
