Chapter No: 81

بابُ جَوَازِ الإِقَامَةِ بِمَكَّةَ لِلْمُهَاجِرِ مِنْهَا بَعْدَ فَرَاغِ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ بِلاَ زِيَادَةٍ

About the permissibility for one who migrated from Makkah to stay there for three days after Hajj and Umrah not more than that

حج اور عمرہ کی فراغت کے بعد مہاجر کا مکہ میں قیام کرنے کا جواز، لیکن یہ قیام تین دن سے زیادہ نہ ہو۔

Chapter No: 82

باب تَحْرِيمِ مَكَّةَ وَ تَحْرِيْمِ صَيْدِهَا وَخَلَاهَا وَشَجَرِهَا وَلُقَطَتِهَا إِلاَّ لِمُنْشِدٍ عَلَى الدَّوَامِ

Regarding the sanctity of Makkah and the sanctity of its hunt, grass, trees and lost property, except for the one who announces it, and (this sanctity) is forever

مکہ مکرمہ کے حرم ہونے اور اس کے شکار اور گھاس اور درخت اور گری پڑی چیز کی حرمت کا بیان سوائے اس کے جو گری پڑی چیز کا اعلان کرنے والا ہو۔

Chapter No: 83

بابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ حَمْلِ السِّلاَحِ بِمَكَّةَ بِلاَ حَاجَةٍ

About the forbiddance of carrying weapons in Makkah without any need

مکہ مکرمہ میں بلا ضرورت ہتھیار اٹھانے کی ممانعت

Chapter No: 84

باب جَوَازِ دُخُولِ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ

About the permissibility of entering the Makkah without Ihram

بغیر احرام مکہ میں داخل ہونے کا جواز

Chapter No: 85

باب فَضْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ وَدُعَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيهَا بِالْبَرَكَةِ وَبَيَانِ تَحْرِيمِهَا وَتَحْرِيمِ صَيْدِهَا وَشَجَرِهَا وَبَيَانِ حُدُودِ حَرَمِهَا

Regarding the merit of Madinah and the Prophet’s supplication for it to be blesses, and mentioning of its sanctity and the sanctity of its hunt and trees, and demarcation of its sanctuary

مدینہ منورہ کی فضیلت اوراس میں نبیﷺ کی برکت کی دعا اور اس کی حرمت اور اس کے شکار ، اور درخت کاٹنے کی حرمت ، اور اس کے حدود حرم کا بیان

Chapter No: 86

بابُ التَّرْغِيبِ فِي سُكْنَى الْمَدِينَةِ وَالصَّبْرِ عَلَى لأْوَائِهَا وشِدَّتِهَا

It is urged to reside in Madinah and to be patient upon its distress and hardships

مدینہ منورہ میں سکونت اختیار کرنے کی ترغیب اور وہاں کی تکالیف پر صبر کرنے کا بیان

Chapter No: 87

بابُ صِيَانَةِ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ دُخُولِ الطَّاعُونِ وَالدَّجَّالِ إِلَيْهَا

Madinah is protected against the plague and Dajjal's enterance

طاعون اور دجال سے مدینہ منورہ کےمحفوظ رہنے کا بیان

Chapter No: 88

بابُ الْمَدِينَةِ تَنْفِي خَبَثَهَا وَتُسَمَّى طَابَةٌ وَطَيِّبَةٌ

Madinah wipes out debris from it and it is also named as Tabah and Taibah

مدینہ منورہ کا خبیث چیزوں سے پاک ہونے اور مدینہ کا نام طابہ اور طیبہ رکھے جانے کا بیان

Chapter No: 89

بابُ تَحْرِيمْ إرادة أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ بِسُوءٍ وَأَنَّ مَنْ أَرَادَهُمْ بِهِ أَذَابَهُ اللَّهُ

About the prohibition of intending bad towards the people of Madinah and whoever does that will be caused to melt by Allah

مدینہ والوں کو تکلیف پہنچانے کی حرمت اور یہ کہ جو ان کو تکلیف دے گا اللہ اسے تکلیف میں ڈالے گا ۔

Chapter No: 90

بابُ التَّرْغِيبِ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ عِنْدَ فَتْحِ الأَمْصَار

Concerning the urge to stay at Madinah when the regions are conquered
