Chapter No: 61

بابٌ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ بِلُحُومِ الْهَدَايَا وَجُلُوْدِهَا وَجَلَالِهَا وَأَن لَّا يُعْطِيْ الْجَزَّارَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا وَجَوَازُ الْاِسْتِنَابَةِ فِي الْقِيَامِ عَلَيْهَا

About donating the meat, skin and blankets of the Hadi (sacrificial animal) as charity and nothing out of it should be given to the butcher and one may appoint his deputy to offer the sacrifice

قربانی کے گوشت ، کھال اور جھول کو صدقہ کرنے کا حکم ، اور قصائی کو ان میں سے کوئی چیز نہ دینے کا حکم ، اور قربانی کی نگرانی کے لیے اپنا نائب مقرر کرنے کا جواز۔

Chapter No: 62

بابُ جَوَازِ الاِشْتِرَاكِ فِي الْهَدْيِ وَإِجْزَاءِ البُدْنَةِ وَالْبَقَرَةِ كُلٍّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ

About the permissibility of sharing in the sacrificial animal and a cow or camel can be shared by seven people

قربانی کے جانوروں اونٹ اور گائے میں اشتراک کا جواز ، اور ہر ایک (اونٹ اور گائے) میں سات افراد کی شراکت کا جواز۔

Chapter No: 63

بابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ نَحْرِ الْإِبِلِ قِيَامًا مَعْقُوْلَة

It is recommended to sacrifice the camel while it is standing and tied

کھڑے کھڑے اونٹ کے پاؤں باندھ کر اونٹ کو نحر کرنے مستحب ہے۔

Chapter No: 64

بابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ بَعْثِ الْهَدْيِ إِلَى الْحَرَمِ لِمَنْ لاَ يُرِيدُ الذَّهَابَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَاسْتِحْبَابِ تَقْلِيدِهِ وَفَتْلِ الْقَلاَئِدِ وَأَنَّ بَاعِثَهُ لاَ يَصِيرُ مُحْرِمًا وَلاَ يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ شيء بِسَبَبِ ذَلِكَ

It is recommended to send the sacrificial animal to the Haram for the one who does not intend to go there himself, and the recommendation to garland it and to make the garlands, and the one who sends it does not become a Muhrim and nothing is forbidden to him because of that

بذات خود حرم نہ جانے والوں کے لئے قربانی کے جانور کے گلے میں قلادہ ڈال کر بھیجنے کا استحباب، اور بھیجنے والا محرم نہیں ہوگا ، اور نہ اس پر کوئی چیز حرام ہوگی۔

Chapter No: 65

بَابُ جَوَازِ رُكُوبِ الْبَدَنَةِ الْمُهْدَاةِ لِمَنِ احْتَاجَ إِلَيْهَا

About the permissibility to ride the sacrificial animal for the one who is in need of that

بوقت ضرورت قربانی کے اونٹ پر سوار ہونے کا جواز

Chapter No: 66

بابُ مَا يُفْعَلُ بِالْهَدْيِ إِذَا عَطِبَ فِي الطَّرِيقِ

Regarding what should be done with the sacrificial animal if it gets injured on the way

قربانی کا جانور چلتے چلتے راستے میں تھک جائے تو کیا کیا جائے؟

Chapter No: 67

بابُ وُجُوبِ طَوَافِ الْوَدَاعِ وَسُقُوطِهِ عَنِ الْحَائِضِ

Concerning the obligation of farewell Tawaf but it is waived in case of menstruating women

طواف وداع کے وجوب اور حائضہ عورت سے طواف معاف ہونے کا بیان

Chapter No: 68

بابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ دُخُولِ الْكَعْبَةِ لِلْحَاجِّ وَغَيْرِهِ وَالصَّلاَةِ فِيهَا وَالدُّعَاءِ فِي نَوَاحِيهَا كُلِّهَا

It is recommended for pilgrims and others to enter the Ka’bah and pray therein and supplicate in all of its corners

حاجی اور غیر حاجی کےلئے کعبہ میں داخل ہونے اور اس کے تمام اطراف میں نماز پڑھنے اور دعا کرنے کا استحباب
