Chapter No: 11

باب اسْتِحْبَابِ التَّزَوُّجِ وَالتَّزْوِيجِ فِي شَوَّالٍ وَاسْتِحْبَابِ الدُّخُولِ فِيهِ

It is recommended to get married in the month of Shawal and the recommendation to complete it in that month

ماہ شوال میں نکاح کرنے اور اس میں صحبت کرنے کا استحباب

Chapter No: 12

بَابُ نَدْبِ مَنْ أَرَادَ نِكَاحَ امْرَأَةٍ إِلَى أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى وَجْهِهَا وَكَفَّيْهَا قَبْلَ خِطْبَتِهَا

It is recommended for the one who intends to marry a woman to look at her face and hands before proposing marriage to her

جو آدمی کسی عورت سے نکاح کا ارادہ کرے تو اس کے لئے اس عورت کے چہرے اور ہتھیلیوں کو پیغام نکاح سے پہلے دیکھنے کا جواز۔

Chapter No: 13

بابُ الصَّدَاقِ وَجَوَازِ كَوْنِهِ تَعْلِيمَ قُرْآنٍ وَخَاتَمَ حَدِيدٍ وَغَيْرَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ قَلِيلٍ وَكَثِيرٍ وَاسْتِحْبَابِ كَوْنِهِ خَمْسَمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ لِمَنْ لاَ يُجْحَفُ بِهِ

Concerning dowry, and the permissibility of dowry being the teaching of Qur’an or an iron ring or anything else of small or large quantity, and the recommended amount of dowry is five hundred Dirham for the one who is not wronged by it

مہر کا بیان اورتعلیم قرآن اور لوہے کی انگوٹھی وغیرہ کا تھوڑی اور زیادہ کی صورت میں مہر کے جواز کا بیان ، اور اس کے پانچ سو درہم ہونے کا استحباب

Chapter No: 14

بابُ فَضِيلَةِ إِعْتَاقِهِ أَمَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا

Concerning the merit of freeing a slave woman and then marrying her

اپنی باندی کو آزاد کرکے اس کے ساتھ نکاح کرنے کی فضیلت

Chapter No: 15

باب زَوَاجِ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ وَنُزُولِ الْحِجَابِ وَإِثْبَاتِ وَلِيمَةِ الْعُرْسِ

Regarding the marriage of Zainab Bint Jahsh, the revealation of (the verse of) veil, and the confirmation of the wedding feast

Chapter No: 16

باب الأَمْرِ بِإِجَابَةِ الدَّاعِي إِلَى دَعْوَةٍ

About the command to respond to the invitations when invited

دعوت دینے والے کی دعوت کو قبول کرنے کا حکم

Chapter No: 17

بابُ لاَ تَحِلُّ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لِمُطَلِّقِهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ وَيَطَأَهَا ثُمَّ يُفَارِقَهَا وَتَنْقَضِي عِدَّتُهَا

A woman who has been divorced thrice is not permitted to return to the man who divorced her until she marries another man who takes sexual intercourse with her, then divorces her, and she completes the Iddah

تین طلاق یافتہ عورت، طلاق دینے والے کے لئے اس وقت تک حلال نہیں ہے جب تک کہ وہ کسی دوسرے خاوند سے نکاح نہ کرے اور وہ اس سے مباشرت کرے ، پھر اس کو چھوڑ دے اور اس کی عدت پوری ہوجائے۔

Chapter No: 18

بابُ مَا يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يَقُولَهُ عِنْدَ الْجِمَاعِ

Concerning what is recommended to say while having intercourse

Chapter No: 19

بابُ جَوَازِ جِمَاعِهِ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي قُبُلِهَا مِنْ قُدَّامِهَا وَمِنْ وَرَائِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ تَعَرُّضٍ لِلدُّبُرِ

About the permissibility for a man to have intercourse with his wife from the back or from the front avoiding the anus

اپنی بیوی سے اندام نہائی میں جماع کرنے کی اجازت خواہ آگے سے آئے یا پیچھے سے آئے ، لیکن دبر (مقعد)کو نہ چھیڑے۔

Chapter No: 20

بابُ تَحْرِيمِ امْتِنَاعِهَا مِنْ فِرَاشِ زَوْجِهَا

It is forbidden for a woman to refuse from coming to her husband’s bed
