Chapter No: 11

باب الأَمْرِ بِالصَّبْرِ عِنْدَ ظُلْمِ الْوُلاَةِ وَاسْتِئْثَارِهِمْ

The command to be patient upon the oppression of rulers and their selfishness

حکام کے ظلم پر صبر کرنے کا حکم

Chapter No: 12

باب فِي طَاعَةِ الأُمَرَاءِ وَإِنْ مَنَعُوا الْحُقُوقَ

Concerning the obedience of the rulers even if they withhold the rights (of people)

حقوق نہ دینے کی صورت میں بھی بادشاہوں کی فرمانبرداری کا حکم

Chapter No: 13

باب وجوب ملازمة جماعة المسلمين عند ظهور الفتن ، وفي كل حال وتحريم الخروج من الطاعة ومفارقة الجماعة

The obligation of sticking to the main body of Muslims at the time of Fitan (tribulations) and in all circumstances, and the forbiddance of getting out of obedience and parting away from the main body

فتنے کے وقت مسلمانوں کی جماعت کے ساتھ ہر حال میں رہنے کا حکم، اور جماعت کو چھوڑنے اور اطاعت سے نکلنے کی حرمت

Chapter No: 14

باب حُكْمِ مَنْ فَرَّقَ أَمْرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُوَ مُجْتَمِعٌ

About the ruling for the one who tries to divide the Muslims when they are united

مسلمانوں کی جماعت میں تفریق کرنے والے کا حکم

Chapter No: 15

باب إِذَا بُويِعَ لِخَلِيفَتَيْنِ

About (a situation) when two caliphs have been given the allegiance

دو خلیفوں سے بیعت کا حکم

Chapter No: 16

باب وُجُوبِ الإِنْكَارِ عَلَى الأُمَرَاءِ فِيمَا يُخَالِفُ الشَّرْعَ وَتَرْكِ قِتَالِهِمْ مَا صَلَّوْا وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ

The obligation to disclaim the rulers in what they do against the Shariah, but they should not be fought as long as they pray regularly and the like

خلاف شرع امور میں حکام کا رد کرنا واجب ہے اور جب تک وہ نماز پڑھتے رہیں ان کے خلاف جنگ کرنا ممنوع ہے۔

باب خِيَارِ الأَئِمَّةِ وَشِرَارِهِمْ

Regarding the best and worst of rulers

اچھے اور برے حاکموں کا بیان

Chapter No: 18

باب اسْتِحْبَابِ مُبَايَعَةِ الإِمَامِ الْجَيْشَ عِنْدَ إِرَادَةِ الْقِتَالِ وَبَيَانِ بَيْعَةِ الرِّضْوَانِ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ

It is recommended for the Imam to take the oath of allegiance from the army when intending to fight, and an account of Bait Ar –Ridwan beneath the tree

جنگ کے وقت مجاہدین سے بیعت لینے کا استحباب اور بیعت رضوان کا بیان

Chapter No: 19

باب تَحْرِيمِ رُجُوعِ الْمُهَاجِرِ إِلَى اسْتِيطَانِ وَطَنِهِ

The forbiddance for a Muhajir to return to his homeland for the purpose of resettlement

ہجرت کے بعد پھر اس جگہ کو وطن بنانے کی ممانعت

Chapter No: 20

باب الْمُبَايَعَةِ بَعْدَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ عَلَى الإِسْلاَمِ وَالْجِهَادِ وَالْخَيْرِ وَبَيَانِ مَعْنَى: «لاَ هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ».

About swearing oath of allegiance after the conquest of Makkah on serving the cause of Islam, fighting in the way of Allah, and following the path of virtue. And the meaning of the phrase: “There is no Hijrah after conquest”
