Chapter No: 31

باب بَيَانِ مَا أَعَدَّهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى لِلْمُجَاهِدِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنَ الدَّرَجَاتِ

Concerning the high ranks which Allah has prepared for the Mujahid in paradise

جنت میں مجاہد کے درجات کا بیان

Chapter No: 32

باب مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كُفِّرَتْ خَطَايَاهُ إِلاَّ الدَّيْنَ

Whosoever is killed in the way of Allah, all his sins will be expiated except the debt

جو اللہ کی راہ میں قتل کیا جائے اس کےتمام گناہ معاف ہوجاتے ہیں ماسوائے قرض کے۔

Chapter No: 33

باب فِي بَيَانِ أَنَّ أَرْوَاحَ الشُّهَدَاءِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَأَنَّهُمْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ

The souls of martyrs are in the paradise alive with their Lord and get their sustenance

شہداء کی روحیں جنت میں ہوتی ہیں ، اور شہداء زندہ ہیں اور انہیں اپنے رب کی طرف سے رزق دیا جاتا ہے۔

Chapter No: 34

باب فَضْلِ الْجِهَادِ وَالرِّبَاطِ

The merit of Jihad and keeping vigilance (over the enemy)

سرحدوں پر پہرہ دینے اور جہاد کی فضیلت

Chapter No: 35

باب بَيَانِ الرَّجُلَيْنِ يَقْتُلُ أَحَدُهُمَا الآخَرَ يَدْخُلاَنِ الْجَنَّةَ

Concerning those two men, one of whom kills other and both of them will enter the paradise

قاتل اور مقتول کے جنت میں داخل ہونے کا بیان

Chapter No: 36

باب مَنْ قَتَلَ كَافِرًا ثُمَّ سَدَّدَ

Regarding one who killed a disbeliever and then straightened his path

کافر کو قتل کرنے کے بعد نیک عمل پر قائم رہنا

Chapter No: 37

باب فَضْلِ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَتَضْعِيفِهَا

The merit of charity in the way of Allah and its multiple times reward

اللہ تعالیٰ کی راہ میں صدقہ کرنے کی فضیلت

Chapter No: 38

باب فَضْلِ إِعَانَةِ الْغَازِي فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِمَرْكُوبٍ وَغَيْرِهِ وَخِلاَفَتِهِ فِي أَهْلِهِ بِخَيْرٍ

The merit of assisting the fighter in the way of Allah by giving mounts and the like and looking after his family (in his absence) with goodness

اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد کرنے والے کی سواری وغیرہ سے مدد کرنے کا بیان، اور اس کے پیچھے اس کے اہل وعیال کے ساتھ بھلائی کرنے کی فضیلت

Chapter No: 39

بابُ حُرْمَةِ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ وَإِثْمِ مَنْ خَانَهُمْ فِيهِنَّ

The sanctity of the women of Mujahidin and the (severity of) the sin of the one who betrays them with regard to these women

مجاہدین کی عورتوں کی عزت اور ان میں خیانت کا گناہ

Chapter No: 40

باب سُقُوطِ فَرْضِ الْجِهَادِ عَنِ الْمَعْذُورِينَ

The removal of Jihad’s duty from the justifiable people

معذوروں سے فرضیت جہاد کا ساقط ہونا
