Chapter No: 11

بَاب الْحَثِّ عَلَى النَّفَقَةِ وَتَبْشِيرِ الْمُنْفِقِ بِالْخَلَفِ

The urge to spend and glad tidings for the one who spends on god deeds

خرچ کرنے کی ترغیب اورخرچ کرنے والے کےلیے بشارت کا بیان

Chapter No: 12

بَاب فَضْلِ النَّفَقَةِ عَلَى الْعِيَالِ وَالْمَمْلُوكِ وَإِثْمِ مَنْ ضَيَّعَهُمْ أَوْ حَبَسَ نَفَقَتَهُمْ عَنْهُمْ

The merit of spending on one’s family and slaves and the sin of one who neglects them or withholds their subsistence from them

اہل وعیال اور غلام پر خرچ کرنے کی فضیلت اور انکے حق کو ضائع کرنے یا انکے نفقہ کو روک کر بیٹھ جانے کے گناہ کا بیان

Chapter No: 13

بَاب الِابْتِدَاءِ فِي النَّفَقَةِ بِالنَّفْسِ ثُمَّ أَهْلِهِ ثُمَّ الْقَرَابَةِ

The spending should be started with oneself then his family and then his relatives

خرچ میں پہلے اپنی ذات سے ابتداء کرے پھر اپنے اہل وعیال سے، پھر رشتہ دار سے

Chapter No: 14

بَاب فَضْلِ النَّفَقَةِ وَالصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى الْأَقْرَبِينَ وَالزَّوْجِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ وَالْوَالِدَيْنِ وَلَوْ كَانُوا مُشْرِكِينَ

The merit of spending and giving charity to relatives, spouse, children and parents, even if they are polytheists

اقرباء ، خاوند، اولاد اور والدین پر خرچ کرنے کی فضیلت خواہ وہ مشرک ہوں۔

Chapter No: 15

بَاب وُصُولِ ثَوَابِ الصَّدَقَةِ عَنِ الْمَيِّتِ إِلَيْهِ

The reward of charity given on behalf of the dead will reach him

میت کےلیے ایصال ثواب کا بیان

Chapter No: 16

باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ اسْمَ الصَّدَقَةِ يَقَعُ عَلَى كُلِّ نَوْعٍ مِنَ الْمَعْرُوفِ

The word charity applies to all forms of good deeds

ہر نیکی صدقہ ہے

Chapter No: 17

باب فِي الْمُنْفِقِ وَالْمُمْسِكِ

Concerning the one who spends and the one who withholds

خرچ کرنے والے اور بخیل کا بیان

Chapter No: 18

باب التَّرْغِيبِ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ لاَ يُوجَدَ مَنْ يَقْبَلُهَا

The urge to give the charity before there remains no one to accept it

صدقہ کی ترغیب ،قبل اس کے کہ کوئی لینے والا ہی نہ ہو۔

Chapter No: 19

باب قَبُولِ الصَّدَقَةِ مِنَ الْكَسْبِ الطَّيِّبِ وَتَرْبِيَتِهَا

Concerning the acceptance of charity given from pure earnings and its growth

پاکیزہ مال کے صدقہ کی قبولیت اور اس کا بڑھنا

Chapter No: 20

باب الْحَثِّ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ أَوْ كَلِمَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ وَأَنَّهَا حِجَابٌ مِنَ النَّارِ

The urge to give charity even if it is half a date, or a kind word, for it is a shield against the fire

صدقہ کرنے کی ترغیب خواہ وہ آدھی کھجور یا اچھی بات ہی کیوں نہ ہو،کیونکہ وہ جہنم سے آڑ ہے۔
