Chapter No: 21

باب الْحَمْلِ بِأُجْرَةٍ يُتَصَدَّقُ بِهَا وَالنَّهْيِ الشَّدِيدِ عَنْ تَنْقِيصِ الْمُتَصَدِّقِ بِقَلِيلٍ

The charity should be given out of the wages earned by carrying goods and it is severely forbidden to belittle one who gives something small in charity

مزدور اپنی مزدوری سے صدقہ کریں، اور کم صدقہ دینے والی کی مذمت کرنے سے ممانعت

باب فَضْلِ الْمَنِيحَةِ

Concerning the merit of giving gifts

دودھ دینے والے جانور کو عاریۃ ً دینے کی فضیلت

Chapter No: 23

باب مَثَلِ الْمُنْفِقِ وَالْبَخِيلِ

The likeness of the one who spends (in charity) and the miser

سخی اور بخیل کی مثال

Chapter No: 24

باب ثُبُوتِ أَجْرِ الْمُتَصَدِّقِ وَإِنْ وَقَعَتِ الصَّدَقَةُ فِي يَدِ فَاسِقٍ وَنَحْوِهِ

The affirmation of reward of the one who gives the charity even if the charity goes into the hands of an undeserving person

صدقہ دینے والے کو ثواب ملتا ہے خواہ صدقہ کسی فاسق وغیرہ کے ہاتھ ہی کیوں نہ لگے

Chapter No: 25

باب أَجْرِ الْخَازِنِ الأَمِينِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا تَصَدَّقَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا غَيْرَ مُفْسِدَةٍ بِإِذْنِهِ الصَّرِيحِ أَوِ الْعُرْفِيِّ

Concerning the reward for an honest treasurer and for a woman when she gives the charity from the household of her husband without spoiling (causing apparent decrease), with his explicit or customary permission

امانت دار خزا نچی اور اس عورت کے ثواب کا بیان جو اپنے شو ہر کے واضح اجازت یا معروف اجازت سے صدقہ کرے

Chapter No: 26

باب مَا أَنْفَقَ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ مَالِ مَوْلاَهُ

Regarding the spending of a slave out of his master’s wealth

آقا کے مال سے غلام کے خرچ کر نے کا بیان

Chapter No: 27

باب مَنْ ضَمَّ إِلَى الصَّدَقَةَ مِنْ أَعْمَالَ الْبِرِّ

The merit of one who combines the charity with other kinds of good deeds

صدقہ کے ساتھ اور نیکی ملا نے والے کی فضیلت کا بیان

Chapter No: 28

باب الْحَثِّ فِي الإِنْفَاقِ وَكَرَاهَةِ الإِحْصَاءِ

The urge to spend and disapproval of counting (the charity)

خرچ کرنے کی ترغیب اور گن گن کر رکھنے کی کراہت

Chapter No: 29

باب الْحَثِّ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ وَلَوْ بِالْقَلِيلِ وَلاَ تُمْتَنَعُ مِنَ الْقَلِيلِ لاِحْتِقَارِهِ

The urge to give in charity even if it is little and a little amount should not be withheld for its abasement
