Chapter No: 31

باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ أَفْضَلَ الصَّدَقَةِ صَدَقَةُ الصَّحِيحِ الشَّحِيحِ

Superior charity is that which is given when one is healthy and niggardly

تندرست اور حریص انسان کا صدقہ زیادہ افضل ہے

Chapter No: 32

باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ الْيَدَ الْعُلْيَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى وَأَنَّ الْيَدَ الْعُلْيَا هِيَ الْمُنْفِقَةُ وَأَنَّ السُّفْلَى هِيَ الآخِذَةُ.

The upper hand is better than the lower hand and the upper hand is the one which spends and the lower hand is the one which receives

اوپر والا ہاتھ نیچے والے ہاتھ سے بہتر ہے ، اور اوپر والا ہاتھ خرچ کرنے والا ہے اور نیچے والا ہاتھ لینے والا ہے۔

باب النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ

About the forbiddance of begging

Chapter No: 34

باب الْمِسْكِينِ الَّذِي لاَ يَجِدُ غِنًى وَلاَ يُفْطَنُ لَهُ فَيُتَصَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِ

Regarding one who does not find enough to make him independent but the people do not realize that (he is needy) so they may give charity to him

مسکین کی تعریف : مسکین وہ ہے جو بقدر ضر ورت مال نہ رکھتا ہو اور نہ مسکین تصور کیا جاتا ہو کہ اسے صدقہ دیا جائے۔

باب كَرَاهَةِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ لِلنَّاسِ

The disapproval of begging from the people

لوگوں سے مانگنے کی کراہت

Chapter No: 36

باب مَنْ تَحِلُّ لَهُ الْمَسْأَلَةُ

Who can ask for help?

کس شخص کے لیے مانگنا جائز ہے؟

Chapter No: 37

بابُ جَوازُ الْأَخْذِ بِغَيْرِ سُؤَالٍ وَلَا تَطَّلَعِ

It is permissible to accept what is given without begging and without expecting

سوال اور طمع کے بغیر دئیے ہوئے مال کو لینے کا جواز

Chapter No: 38

باب كَرَاهَةِ الْحِرْصِ عَلَى الدُّنْيَا

The disapproval of desiring for these worldly gains

حرص دنیا کی مذمت

Chapter No: 39

باب لَوْ أَنَّ لاِبْنِ آدَمَ وَادِيَيْنِ لاَبْتَغَى ثَالِثًا

If the son of Adam had two valleys (of gold) he would desire for the third one

اگر آدم کے بیٹے کے پاس مال کی دو وادیاں ہوں تو وہ تیسری چاہے گا۔

بابُ فَضْلُ الْقَنَاعَةِ وَالْحَثِّ عَلَيْهَا

The merit of contentment and the urge for it
