Narrated from Al-Bara' bin 'Azib (RA) that Allah’s Apostle ﷺ said: "Get me a shoulder blade or slate." Then he wrote: Those who sit behind among the believers are not equal (to those who go for war). Amr bin Umm Maktum )a blind companion) who was behind him said: "Is there an exemption for me?" So the following was revealed: Except those who are disabled.

Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (RA) that a man came to Prophet ﷺ and sought permission to go for Jihad. So he asked: 'Do you have parents (living)? ‘He replied: 'Yes.' He said: 'Then you should perform Jihad in serving them.'"
Chapter No: 3
Narrated from Al-Hajjaj bin Muhammad that Ibn Juraij commented on Allah's saying: Obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you. He said: "Abdullah bin Hudhafah bin Qais bin 'Adi As-Sahmi was sent by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ over a military expedition.”
Chapter No: 4
Narrated from Ibn Umar (RA) that Allah’s Apostle ﷺ said: "If the people knew what I know about (the disadvantages of) being alone, then a rider would not travel at night." - meaning alone.
Narrated from Amr bin Shu'aib from his father, from his grandfather that the Apostle of Allah ﷺ said: "The (lone) rider is a Satan, and two raiders are two Satan. Three is a caravan

Narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) that Allah’s Apostle ﷺ said: "War is deception."
Chapter No: 6
Abu Ishaq said: "I was next to Zaid bin Arqam (RA) when he was asked: 'How many battles did the Prophet ﷺ fight?' He said: 'Nineteen.' So I said: 'How many battles did you take part in with him?' he said: 'Seventeen.' I said: 'Which of them was the first?' He said: 'Dhat Al-Ushaira' or Al-'Usaira'. '"

Ibn Abi Awfa (RA) said: "I heard him saying" - meaning the Prophet ﷺ - "while supplicating against the Ahzab (Armies of the disbelievers): 'O Allah, Revealer of Book! Quick in reckoning! Defeat the Ahzab and shake them.'"

Narrated from Jabir (RA) that Allah’s Apostle ﷺ entered Makkah, and his standard was white.

Narrated from Yunus bin 'Ubaid, the freed slave of Muhammad bin Al-Qasim said: "Muhammad bin Al-Qasim sent me to Al-Bara' bin 'Azib (RA) to ask him about the flag of the Apostle of Allah ﷺ. He said: 'It was a black squared and striped.'"
Narrated from Ibn Abbas (RA) that the flag of the Apostle of Allah ﷺ was black and his standard was white.
